These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the a666 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and a666 ("a666", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the a666 website, mobile site, and all associated services. a666 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. All transactions on a666 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

By accessing the a666 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the a666 service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the a666 platform and must close your account immediately if one has already been created.

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and may be subject to processing time requirements outlined in Section 3 of these Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use the a666 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform. a666 reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

You must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from using a666.
  • You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, agents, and third parties may not register accounts on behalf of others.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of a666 or any affiliated business entity.
  • You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Minors and persons under legal guardianship are prohibited from using a666.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full features of the a666 platform, you must register a personal account. Registration on a666 is free of charge. You are required to provide accurate information during registration and to keep that information current throughout your use of the platform. a666 reserves the right to close accounts where the registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or in violation of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

  • You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number that you personally own and control. This number becomes your primary account identifier.
  • You must select a unique username and a secure password of at least 8 characters. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
  • You must agree to receive account-related communications to your registered mobile number. Promotional communications may be opted out of through your account settings.

KYC Verification

Before processing withdrawal requests above a specified threshold, a666 requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a National Identity Card) and a recent selfie photograph. a666 processes KYC submissions within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Verified accounts benefit from higher transaction limits, priority withdrawal processing, and access to all platform features. Players who do not complete KYC may have withdrawals held until verification is completed. a666 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage to satisfy anti-fraud and compliance obligations.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All financial transactions on a666 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). a666 does not charge fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. You are responsible for any fees levied by your mobile financial service provider in connection with transfers to or from a666. a666 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals on behalf of third parties — all transactions must be conducted from accounts and wallets registered in your own name.

Deposit Rules

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts under standard conditions.
  • Deposits are credited to your a666 BDT balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment network. a666 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's mobile wallet provider.
  • a666 reserves the right to request source-of-funds information for large or unusual deposits. Deposits that cannot be verified may be placed on hold pending investigation.
  • Players may only deposit using payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits made using third-party accounts will be refunded to the originating account after deduction of any processing costs incurred.

Withdrawal Rules

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
  • Verified accounts receive withdrawal processing within 15 minutes under normal conditions. Peak periods and system maintenance may extend processing times. a666 will notify players of any material delays via the registered mobile number.
  • a666 may withhold withdrawal processing pending KYC completion, resolution of any account-related investigation, or satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements. Players will be informed of the reason for any withholding.
  • Winnings derived from the use of exploits, technical errors, system bugs, or any form of cheating will not be paid out. a666 reserves the right to void such winnings and terminate the relevant account.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

a666 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with major cricket events such as BPL and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. Bonuses are offered as a benefit to players and are not a contractual entitlement.

General Bonus Conditions

  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) which must be completed before any bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated at the point of offer.
  • Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance, not the main BDT balance. Real-money deposits are used first for wagering unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
  • a666 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion will be notified of any material changes that affect their uncompleted wagering obligations.
  • Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using technical exploits, or coordinating with other players to generate artificial wagering — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in permanent account suspension.
  • Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period stated at the point of offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

6. Prohibited Conduct

a666 maintains a fair, safe, and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a666 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals. a666 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify prohibited conduct and will act without prior warning where violations are detected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a666 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the a666 platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial or personal loss, even if a666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. a666 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform at all times. The platform may be subject to temporary unavailability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond a666's reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, mobile network outages, or force majeure events. In all cases, a666's liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to a666 in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Important: Nothing in this limitation of liability clause shall exclude or limit a666's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

a666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, a666 will notify registered players via the mobile number registered to their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the a666 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the a666 platform and close your account before the effective date of the change. 11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Players who have a complaint or dispute arising from their use of the a666 platform should in the first instance contact a666 customer support via live chat, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. a666 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve complaints within 14 business days. Players are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction before using the a666 platform.
